Gymnasts arrive: 10:00am
Priority entrance (Disability & Restricted Mobility): 10:30am
Audience entry: 10:35am
Doors close: 10:50am (Please do not arrive late)
PLEASE TAKE YOUR SEATS ASAP
Show starts: 11:00am
Estimated show finish: 12:45pm- 1:00pm’ish
(Finishing time depends on guests/gymnast arrivals and the length between each routine needed for Senior Gymnasts to recover before their next routine)

Tickets:

- Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email from Stack Team App.
- In this email is a tiny ticket picture, please click on this which will load your QR Ticket. This will be scanned upon entry.
- Please keep hold of your QR ticket as we are unable to re-send these to you.
- Please do try to arrive with your full booking party as to not cause confusion on entry.
- Tickets will be logged under your name automatically. If you re-sell this privately your ticket will be refused entry.
- DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT YOUR TICKET!
- Tickets are also stored via the this app. Please view the video attached into this event on how to access these. We recommend using your tickets sent via email.

Seating is not numbered. Please find a seat on arrival. All seating is tiered and has a great view of the stage!

Terms & Conditions: WITHIN THE THEME OF HALLOWEEN OUR MUSICS/DECOR MAY BE “SCARY” TO YOUNGER AUDIENCE MEMBERS WHO ARE NOT AROUND THE MUSIC REGULAR IN TRAINING. PLEASE BARE THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR TICKETS FOR CHILDREN. – This show will be family friendly although some of our musics are darker in theme.

FOR THE SAFEGUARDING OF ALL OUR GYMNASTS NO RECORDING OR PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN WHEN INSIDE THE THEATRE. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE , ANYONE DEEMED TO BE FILMING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE
THIS EVENT IS BEING PROFESSIONALLY FILMED – FOOTAGE WILL BE PAY-VIEWABLE VIA THE WEBSITE.

THIS TICKET CAN NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED. THERE IS NO RESALE ON THESE TICKETS AND MUST NOT BE SOLD PRIVATELY. PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN EEGC DIRECT WILL RESULT IN THE TICKET BEING INVALID
